With Personal Records, you can effortlessly track your progress in key movements that matter to you. This app is designed for individuals who don't feel the need to meticulously log every single workout but still want to monitor their improvement.
Whether you prefer using the app or the new Apple Watch app, calculating 80% of your best back squat has never been easier.
The Personal Records app offers a range of features:
- Instantly view your personal records for all workouts on the main screen
- Organize your workouts with tags
- Effortlessly calculate percentages of your best lifts within the app
- Instantly track your progress throughout a workout over time
The PR app also supports tracking workouts scored by:
- Fastest time
- As many rounds as possible (AMRAP)
- As many repetitions as possible
- Heaviest weight
- And, starting from version 2.8, you can track workouts with any units that suit you!
